Location: the hotel was just next door to the landmark historic fortress, the biggest mall in the city and the castle, clock tower, mosque and statue of Ataturk.

imposing hotel with great facilities in an unbeatable location just next door to the turkey, open windows which meant the mosque calls at 4:00 + am and the mountains beyond. fine check-in and late check-out, parking close to the venue. had free wi-fi throughout the property.

The location in the middle of the city is great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle service to the Erciyes ski resort was too expensive with 70 lira. The pub was overcrowded and therefore too loud.

Enjoyed a rich and satisfying breakfast with plenty of meal options. The beds were spacious and comfy, so I had a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location was convenient, and it had a charming old-fashioned vibe that was a bonus! 😉

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and accomodating but the facility has grown old and you don't see a 5 star luxury anywhere in the hotel. There is plenty of water supply in the city- naturally with all that snow, but the water pressure is very low at the shower and the tap. İt needs a renovation all over to match Hilton qualty.
